The recommendation feature uses manufacturer's recommendations as the default for your additions. The export feature allows you to send or print batch information for TTB (government form) submission, or as a backup of the file. The SO2 management feature allows you to select a target ppm, and offers the recommended dosage of potassium metabisulfite. The iCloud feature backs up all your batch data to your iTunes cloud so that your records are always safe.
